ZCCA REP FORUM

The ZCCA REP FORUM was established as a a reliable means of maintaining ongoing discussion among ZCCA Officers and individual club representatives. One representative from each ZCCA member club serves as the email contact point for his/her respective club, and is responsible for discussing ZCCA issues with that club's members.

The Rep Forum's primary goal is to facilitate Organizational Level decision-making year round, rather than waiting for the ZCCA meetings at each year's annual convention. Since its inception in the Fall of 1999, the Rep Forum has expedited many decisions that would have otherwise had to wait for several months . Aside from the obvious benefits of quickening the growth and improvement of the ZCCA, it also allows us more time for what we attend conventions for - FUN.

One of the keys to an organization like the ZCCA is the communications with the member clubs. With our new website we wanted a more interactive home for our member clubs and their representatives. The new web based Rep Forum is that home. Please make sure your member club has a representative signed up to participate in the Forum. It is my hope to have better communications, a place to proactively work issues.

If your club is not currently represented in the forum, contact Mike Goddard to have your name added. Please remember, only one person per club should participate, preferably a club officer who has the means to easily contact all individual club members. If your club is not currently involved with the ZCCA and you would like to take part in shaping the world's best Z Club organization while enjoying the benefits of ZCCA Membership, contact ZCCA Treasurer, Bonnie Swirsky. In addition to her duties as treasurer, Bonnie will tell you about ZCCA membership, and give you valuable tips for getting your club started the right way.
